Introduction

Campaign’s Women Leading Change Awards is setting out to champion the change makers, leaders, achievers and rising stars in the media, advertising and marketing industry.

Entries are now open for the 3rd Women Leading Change Awards, which will take place in Singapore on June 4, to celebrate the successes of women in Asia. We invite you to nominate the women who, over the last 12 months, have shown outstanding leadership and fostered groundbreaking innovation in the media and marketing industry, as well as the future leaders of tomorrow.

General Guidelines & Information

WHO SHOULD ENTER

Entries are now open for Campaign’s annual Women Leading Change Awards. We invite you to nominate the women who have shown outstanding leadership and fostered groundbreaking innovation in the media and marketing industry, women who are innovators, savvy strategists and game changers.

ELIGIBILITY PERIOD

Entries will be accepted from the entire Asia Pacific region. All entries should relate to achievements ONLY during the period Jan 1, 2018 – March 8, 2019.

Written entries which do not focus on the eligibility period but include achievements outside the review period will be disqualified. Campaign reserves the right to reject work it feels does not comply with the spirit of the awards.

DATES & DEADLINES

Early Bird Entry Deadline: Friday, 8 March 2019 (6PM HKT)

Standard Entry Deadline:  Monday, 8 April 2019 (6PM HKT)

Shortlist Announcement: Tuesday, 14 May, 2019

Awards Presentation:  Tuesday, 4 June, 2019 (Singapore)

Ticket sales to the awards ceremony will commence from Friday, 3 May, 2019 and sold on a first-come-first-served basis.

ENTRY FEE

Early Bird Entry Fee: US$245 (Before Friday, 8 March 2019)

Standard Entry Fee: US$265

Upon submission of the online entry form, entry fees are chargeable and you will be liable to pay for the entries, even in the case of disqualification, withdrawal of entries, duplicate submissions or non-endorsement by clients.

Entries unpaid by April 8,2019 may be disqualified and Haymarket Media Ltd will retain the right to claim for unpaid entry fees.

  • Payment Methods

    Entry fees are payable in USD. Payment can be completed online, after the completion and submission of your entries on the submission system. There are two payment methods to select from:

    Credit Card Online/Alipay
    You will be redirected to our secure payment gateway where you are able to select from VISA/MASTER/AMEX and Alipay. For this payment option, a 3.5% bank surcharge is applicable.

    If you are having trouble with the credit card online system please contact the organisers at WLCA@haymarket.asia.

    Bank Transfer
    For this option, you will have to bear ALL bank charges related to this transaction. Please do indicate that to the bank clearly when making the transfer. Bank details can be found in the entry kit or the online entry form.

    Upon successful bank transfer payment, please email Finance Department at Finance_events@haymarket.asia (cc: WLCA@haymarket.asia) a scanned copy of the bank transfer slip, clearly stating the entry or invoice numbers that the payment is for.

    For Early Bird Entry submissions, all bank transfer payment must be completed by Friday, 8 March 2019 with payment proof.Payment not received by this date will be disqualified. For submissions submitted after 8 March, all bank transfer payment must be completed by Monday, 8 April 2019 with payment proof.

    This award is set to recognize individual women for their innovation which they have initiated, launched and developed between 1 January, 2018 – 8 March, 2019.

  • Entrepreneurship of the Year

    Awarded to a Founder or Co-Founder of a company who has demonstrated exemplary leadership traits.

  • Mentor of the Year

    This award recognizes outstanding leadership and implementation of mentorship program and personal development.

Women Leading Change Conference

In 2019, The Women Leading Change Conference returns with a full-day programme, including the first-ever WLC Workshop, bringing together exceptional talent and recognising the leaders propelling the industry forward and driving diversity and gender equality in the workplace.
