Elizabeth Faber is the Chief Talent Officer for Deloitte Asia Pacific and member of the firm’s Executive Committee. She has been a passionate champion of the firm’s diversity and inclusion strategy, in particular gender equity. In a brief amount of time, she has made a big impact in establishing gender-smart hiring, promotion, and pay practices. She has set and published stretch targets, created a comprehensive talent strategy with D&I at the center, with clear accountabilities and results. She is also leading Deloitte’s social impact program WorldClass in AP. Elizabeth has traveled worldwide to promote AP’s D&I strategy to both internal and external audiences.
