Justine Hsu, a 26-year-old strategic planner at TBWA\Shanghai moved from account management to become a junior planner and then strategic planner in less than two years. As the youngest strategist at TBWA\Shanghai, Justine brings energy and presence to both her clients and her colleagues and demonstrates sound planning skills by synthesizing cultural insights with data research. In the past 12 months, Justine who is also a passionate runner, has empowered the agency’s work for Adidas in the running category and supported agency pitches. She has also become the main strategic liaison between the global network and China. Justine is the force behind Backs\ash China, the agency’s editorial and cultural feed on Weibo, turning an agency strategy into reality. Justine is also a champion of the LGBT community, and a key member of Omnicom’s Open Pride, tackling workplace inequality.
